MNMW is constantly monitoring the current COVID-19 situation and how it impacts our community.

The IRS has established a special section focused on steps to help taxpayers, businesses and others affected by the coronavirus. This page will be updated as new information is available and can be found here: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus.  For other information about the COVID-19 virus, people should visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (https://www.coronavirus.gov) for health information. MNMW Offices Closed

In a continuing effort to maintain the health and safety of our valued clients, our team, and the community and to cooperate with the advice of health officials, MNMW office lobbies will be closed to the public beginning on March 19, 2020. Solutions available to you during lobby closure:

  • Pick-up of Items Options: Via mail or through electronic delivery
  • Drop-off of Items Options: Electronic (preferred method), mail, at MNMW offices (with restrictions), Fort Myers Office through front door mail slot, Naples office drop off using locked mailbox outside of the building. If you are are dropping off items there are a few minor restrictions such as:
    • Do not send loose papers through the mail slots – items must be contained in a sealed receptacle
    • The mail slots can only accommodate items that will fit through a 11” long x 2” high opening; use multiple envelopes if necessary
