Updates for Equal Opportunity and FMLA in the Workplace

Recently, the Supreme Court expanded the LGBT coverage under Equal Opportunity for workers under Title VII to include gender identity. With this update, now is the time to review policies, practices, and employee manuals and make amendments where needed. If you would like to read additional information regarding these updates, please visit this website.

Additionally, the Department of Labor has updated the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) forms as of June 2020. If you are a covered employer, you should download these new forms here.
