Every other month, we feature two MNMW team members, providing you with information to help you get to know us better!

Tami Cindrich, Partner, CPA, CHBC

When Tami Cindrich was a senior in high school, she shadowed MNMW on career day, and once she walked through the doors, she knew that this is where she wanted to be. Tami said it was apparent back then that the culture at MNMW was amazing, and that when she graduated from college with her accounting degree, she made good on that goal and returned to the firm. Tami has now been with the firm for 22 years and became a firm partner in 2017. During this time, not only did her career grow, but so did her family.

Tami married her college sweetheart nearly 25 years ago, and they have two beautiful children together. They are a close family, and while Tami has a busy work schedule, she makes sure she is available for any activities that involve her children. Her daughter is active in volleyball competitions, and her son is expanding his knowledge of digital technology. In her free time, she also helps her husband with the business management side of his construction company. The Cindrich family also includes two black Labrador retrievers who provide them all with endless love and entertainment. Tami loves animals and even gives of her time to serve on the Board of Directors for the Cape Coral Animal Shelter, helping them to open their doors just a few months ago. Additionally, Tami is an active board member for the Cape Coral Community Foundation and a volunteer on the allocations committee for the United Way of Lee, Hendry, Glades, and Okeechobee Counties.

Even though she is a partner at MNMW now, people may be surprised to hear that when she was growing up, Tami hated math in school. She preferred English studies in her early years of education. But the love of numbers did prevail in the end as she loves working in the accounting industry. When not in the office, she unwinds by reading for a change of pace outside of numbers and calculations in her regular day-to-day activities.

Tami’s love and passion for MNMW is apparent every day, as she treats our team and our clients as family as well.

Caitlin Thompson

Caitlin loves horses, and as a young girl, she participated in rodeos for fun and a little competition. These days instead of horses, she helps to wrangle our tax process and collections for the firm, having joined MNMW in 2018. While not on horses as much as before, Caitlin is no stranger to other outdoor activities. When she is not at the office, you can usually find her at the beach, on a paddleboard, on a boat, or hiking around a natural environment. She loves to explore and be inspired by nature. This connection to mother earth provides Caitlin with a regular opportunity to find inner peace and practice holistic health, whether through meditation, yoga, or participating in integrative healing modalities.

When Caitlin joined MNMW, it was because an opportunity arose that she found interesting. However, since joining the firm, she has discovered that she wants to explore her career at MNMW because she is drawn to the culture and family environment that exists amongst the team. During her off time, she enjoys the adventures mentioned earlier with her sidekick Brandii, a sweet toy poodle that has her heart. She also spends a lot of time spoiling her nephew and can’t wait to greet her newest nephew/niece later this year. Family is significant to her, and she feels that the interaction with her loved ones helps to feed her soul and provides remarkable fulfillment in all of the everyday little things they do together.

Caitlin is no stranger to trying new things. She loves to travel and hopes to visit Greece and Australia soon (of course, after the pandemic has passed) because seeing new places is something she prefers. Recently her adventures went to new heights (literally) when she tried skydiving!

If you ever have the chance to meet her, you will see right away that Caitlin is a calm and happy person who tries to heed the advice she received once of “slowing down and being present in the moment.”
