Gail graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland College of Business and Management.  She has extensive experience in litigation services, mediation, business valuations, and forensic accounting.  She is a Certified Public Accountant, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Valuation Analyst, is Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics from the American Institute of CPAs, is a Florida Certified Family Mediator and is a Registered Investment Advisor. Gail has also been recognized for being an outstanding community leader on several occasions.

Toni Sparkman, M.S., CP, FCP, FRP, CDFA™  - Manager

Toni graduated magna cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Accounting and Taxation.  Toni has more than 20 years of business experience in marital and family law, forensic accounting and litigation support. Prior to her transition to public accounting in 2001, Toni was employed by some of the area's most prestigious law firms.  She has the designation Certified Paralegal (CP) from the National Association of Legal Assistants, the designation Florida Certified Paralegal (FCP) from the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., and is a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) with The Florida Bar, and is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst(CDFA™) through the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts.  Toni is also a Florida licensed Private Investigator (PI).

Becky Bokrand, CPA / CFF, CFE

Becky graduated cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Taxation.  She has over ten years of business experience.  She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the Florida State Board of Accountancy.  She is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) from the American Institute of CPAs and holds the designation Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  Becky is also a Florida licensed Private Investigator.

Kelsey Thompson

Kelsey graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida’s College of Business Administration with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and in Management, and from USF’s Honors College in May 2009.  She is currently pursuing the Master's of Accountancy and Taxation degree program at Florida Gulf Coast University while working full time for MNMW.
