Karen Mosteller, CPA, CHBC - Partner

Karen is a graduate of the University of South Florida, Fort Myers, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  She is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant.  Karen is responsible for the Bookkeeping, Business Consulting and Technology Teams. Karen’s passion is to help businesses run better. Karen and her team take clients through various stages of consulting, from a planning day to implementation of marketing, financial, human resources and operational plans, to enable clients to enjoy their business and succeed.

Tami Cindrich, CPA

Tami graduated from the University of South Florida, Tampa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  She also earned a Master’s of Accountancy degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She works with both the Tax and Consulting Teams and conducts training programs in QuickBooks for clients.

Angela Cooley, CPA

Angela graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.  Angela is a Certified Public Accountant and is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor.  She works with both the Tax and Consulting Teams and conducts training programs in QuickBooks for clients.

Marsha Michaud, Executive Assistant to Karen Mosteller and Accounts Payable Clerk

Marsha performs all administrative duties for Karen Mosteller as well as the consulting and technology departments.  She is also responsible for accounts payable and assists with day to day financial operations of the firm.  When needed, Marsha also works on special bookkeeping projects for clients.

Sandie Peterson, SPHR - Human Resources Consultant

Sandie graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.  She holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  Sandie focuses on assisting client companies with all their human resources needs.  Her goal is to help employers protect themselves from lawsuits by maintaining employment law compliance and implementing appropriate policies and procedures. She is available to answer human resources questions and can conduct a Human Resources Review to determine compliance to Federal and State employment laws and make recommendations for improved organizational structure.  She will also assist you in writing your Policy and Procedures manuals.  Sandie also provides training in areas such as HR 101, Sexual Harassment, Team Building, and Supervisor Training.

Michael Tarabokija, A+, MCP - Technical Support Specialist

Michael graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.  Michael is both A+ and Microsoft certified.  He takes care of the Firm’s technology needs and assists clients with their needs.  He purchases and maintains all computers, printers and servers and keeps the Firm on the cutting-edge of technology.  Michael updates the web page and assists team members with any technology issues.

Ginny Yates, CSA^® - PrimePlus / Elder Care Consultant

Ginny attended Florida Southern College and is a graduate of the Florida School of Banking. She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).  Ginny manages the PrimePlus / Elder Care Division which is a concierge service focused on helping mature adults maintain their lifestyle and financial independence. Ginny specializes in analyzing and anticipating needs and developing plans, both for today and the future.
